Unwanted notifications

I am receiving these YouTube 'Download Complete' notifications every time I open Vivaldi:

There's no matching files in the downloads folder and I haven't allowed any notifications for either Vivaldi or YouTube. I've repeatedly gone into settings and made sure no sites are allowed to send notifications (vivaldi://settings/content/notifications) and there's no unwanted sites on the list:

I'm lost! I haven't yet found a way to stop these notifications. I searched here but didn't find an answer, just wondering if anyone has come across this before and might know what to do?

@inadream Hi, I have no clue what these things are but some ideas:

• RSS feeds subscribed to YouTube channel? But should not say "Download Complete" just notify on new items.
• Some video downloader extension? Lots of these cause problems.

@Pathduck , I have observed in different downloads, even simply images, that the "Download complete" message appears duplicated. I have no subscribed feeds and no download related extensions.
This in previous versions of Vivaldi (no changes in extensions and settings) did not happen.
I think it's a bug, I'll report it better.

I do get these notifications for downloads, but are for valid reasons: I did instigate the downloads and I had checked the Option - Notify when download complete.

Pathduck I do not have feeds activated in Vivaldi settings, and haven't subscribed to any RSS feeds myself:

I DO use Internet Download Manager (IDM) program for which there is an extension installed which activates or deactivates the IDM program - but it is not a download extension in itself, it is merely an On/Off switch for the IDM program:

LesAHay yes I did have this setting ticked for Downloads which I have now unticked:

I will see if these notifications stop now that I unticked that setting. I am a bit worried why Vivaldi is downloading things from YouTube without my consent and leaving no trace of what it downloaded ... not sure why I many times selected "Block all notifications from this site" but it did not stop them:

It could also perhaps be caused by extension "Tab Session Manager" when tick the following setting 'Save backup' which I have now unticked:

I think you have your answer right there.

After unticking "Notify on Complete Downloads" the notifications stopped

I was too busy focusing on notifications to realise I should look in Vivaldi's download settings

Thankfully the issue didn't have anything to do with the IDM extension
