      Another wrong deletion bug:

      1. Type into address bar address of website, which have tile at your speed dial.
      2. Select part of URL and press Shift+Del.
      3. Not only part of URL is deleted, but whole tile from speed dial. 🙄

@Pathduck It wouldn't for the reason you identify but the account itself links to this blog FWIW, "Click account name -> click link to blog -> click most recent post" and you have the changelog.

I don't really want to reimplement everything we have here a second time and then some people comment on Mastodon and some here. That is just messy. So even if I could do it I would not. This is really just supposed to be a simple notifier. You get notified… you head to the blog if you want to know more 🤷.

So next time the bot posts you can see the previous build number and the new one will be marked with 🆕.

But after this I don't see myself adding much more. If people want more they can make their own rival bot! 😆

I mentioned this in the previous snapshot thread (here), and asked if there was any setting to change it.

Others confirmed it was happening to them, but no suggestions as how to fix.

I'll report it as a bug

It would be perfect if VIVALDI had the same theme as OPERA GX with its very nice interface and sound coming out when you type something in the browser.

                          From previous snapshot fixed:

"[Window Management] Drop shadow on windows missing (VB-93055)"

Nope. Still missing windows shadows, therefore windows are without borders and indistinguishable on white background.

                          How are you doing testing?

For real, we are going to wait until v5.6 to get this fixed.

Hi, the bug report mentioned in the change log was for Windows 11. I cant see which version of Windows you use from your screen shots.
The Windows 10 bug is VB-90397.

                              Cheers, mib

@panino: That Vivaldi Social webpanel is using a lot of CPU all the time. How do I stop, kill or remove it? Maybe I'll downgrade.

@mib2berlin I didn't checked which number is which. But most of the people were complaining that borders and shadows are missing on Windows 10. Windows 11 wasn't affected. That's really....

I had a bug in the 2 previous snapshots, reported as VB-93251 (was a problem with file naming on the download api used by some extensions).

The bug is no longer present in this snapshot and should be safe to close it now.

                                            Good job Vivaldi team.

PS. I didn't even report it right away but last Sunday, and it got fixed the next day, Monday, on this snapshot, amazingly fast.
