@cOAPerator Please look again. In your GIF, which is too fast BTW, the Panel Toolbar closes and opens. It is this toolbar that is changing the viewport width, not the floating panel.

See my GIF. I close/open the floating Mail Panel by clicking the Mail Panel icon. The page does not twitch.

Maybe your Default profile is dodgy; you've already verified in a clean test profile, of course?

Oh, also... when my floating panel opens, the page remains rock solid; no shudder or jerking. I really doubt that your profile is ok.

Perhaps you block too much (Cookies, Content, URLs) with Vivaldi Blocker or any other extension.

Then you should test correctly, sans-sync.

As i showed you, your site [& my F/P], both work perfectly here, ie, it cannot be simply a V Snappie problem.

невозможно работать без синхронизации - там все мои настройки, 1000 паролей, закладки для работы
браузер без синхронизации всего этого - обычный хром, и проще пользоваться им - там хотя бы видео на ютубе не тормозит при отключенном оаппаратном ускорении

у меня в роутере стоит блокировцик всей гадости с интернета
я более 10 лет не вижу никакую рекламу в интернете, и менять это не намерен
если браузер не может нормально отрабатывать такие сценарии - нафиг такой браузер

When i write with specific words, i intend those words. This is what i wrote [but now i shall repunctuate it so that you cannot miss it a second time.

you should TEST correctly, sans-sync.

I did not advocate that you need to [yet] permanently change your profile, atm you are still in the testing phase. Ergo, you do not [yet] need any of your

1000 passwords, bookmarks for work

You simply need a clean clean clean profile, whose settings you edit to make the panel float [if not already default], then you test to see if your shudder misbehaviour is gone. Then you simply see if your site opens properly.

If the result is YES and YES, then your real / Default profile is damaged. At that point, you have to decide if you want to iteratively troubleshoot it, or give up & begin again. This is all simple logic, & basic troubleshooting.

If you can open your link with this test profile, then something is broken in your regular browser profile.
