Solved Vivaldi is turning on my Webcam on Start-Up

Guys:
The above topic says it all.
When I start up Vivaldi now, it turns on my webcam, and I get a notification (I think the notification comes from my internet security) that "Vivaldi is using the webcam".
Can someone help me on this. What should I do?

@RobertCohen27You have probably accepted it once and it stayed in the background on a page that for some unspecified reason requires it, you can deactivate it. Read the following post and find out how.

Yes, that is exactly what happened.
I had pinned the video conference site to my browser and forgot all about it. Stupid me!
