Pause Video - Background tab

Is there a setting which pause the playing video (maybe Youtube) if I move to some other tab in Vivaldi?

If not then maybe a plugin?

I'm using the media keys on my keyboard for that purpose. Unfortunately, it does not always work as expected when there are other media apps running in the background (they often tend to "steal" the focus of the media keys). In such cases I need to switch the app manually, but other than that, it works fine on Windows 10:
