Reader view a Vivaldi issue ?

Can view all pages in "reader view" with Firefox and Brave but for some reason, not Vivaldi.
Is this a bug?

@danielson There is no reader view in Vivaldi for Android, just an accessibility feature for a simplified view of webpages. This needs to be enabled on each page individually and is only available for pages it can work on (e.g. articles).
