Can't find
i need for Adafruit Esp32-S2 Feather TFT a Web Serial. is it possible with vivaldi. See text below.
You will have to use the Chrome browser for this to work, Safari and Firefox, etc. are not supported because we need Web Serial and only Chrome is supporting it to the level needed.
thanks a lot.

@urslehmann Hello and Welcome to the Vivaldi Community
Please give a URL of the problem page.
Does it require login?Vivaldi should in theory work with the Web Serial API. But this is a very new API and browser support is not full yet.
I found a test page:
https://webserial.appI don't have an serial devices but I was able to connect to COM1 using Vivaldi.

@urslehmann There are many methods to try on that page, I'm assuming the other methods work, but you want to do it in the browser anyway?
They recommend the WebSerial tool but you can also use the command line if browser doesn't work.
The URL should be:
https://adafruit.github.io/Adafruit_WebSerial_ESPTool/It works for me, I can connect to COM1 but I have no device there obviously.

Please tell us, helpful for other visitors, how you solved your issue.

@doctorg It's not a problem, just a case of misleading language on the web page leading to a misunderstanding.
"You will have to use the Chrome browser for this to work, Safari and Firefox, etc. are not supported because we need Web Serial and only Chrome is supporting it to the level needed."
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-esp32-s2-tft-feather/factory-resetIt is true that Safari and Firefox does not support WebSerial API, but all Chromium-based browsers should work. I've sent a note to the site telling them they should change the wording.

@pathduck Ah, ok, i understand that they should have written Chromium.
