Outlook login endlessly stuck on "attempting sign in"

I am trying to add an outlook account with two factor authentication.
If I use an app password, it's stuck endlessly on " attempting sign in"
If i use my password I get an error that it's incorrect (Correct behaviour).

Adding an outlook account without two factor authentication works just fine.
What am I doing wrong?

A few questions...

What version of Vivaldi are you using? I presume you're using the latest snapshot (2465.3) since that's when this was added

OAuth - Are you clicking the Use OAuth after typing in your email? (or check it in the manual part?) You should just type in your normal password there (not App password). That doesn't work?
If you choose App Password (or just fill out the password slots manually) what server and the port settings you're using?

I think it was an issue on the side of Outlook, as it's now working correctly.
I am using version 4.3.2439.63
I had no oauth option, just password option
port 993 and 567

Then again, it worked just now so I think it was something on Outlook side.
