@Gwen-Dragon 504 Gateway Time-out error again in Turkey
-
Same here, give it a wee bit time & all will return to normal

Web mail not loading

Has been painfully slow in operation last few days, they'll be eliminating pesky gremlins I suspect
-
I am experiencing the same thing. This is not good. I am closing on a house tomorrow and NEED to access my email. They really need to get better about notifying people about webmail being down and giving a projection of when it will be back up. This is the third time in the past month I've experienced this and I'm getting nervous about being able to rely on Vivaldi's webmail client for my daily driver.

Sorry for the trouble.
Things are back to normal again. -
@sulegulmen

The mail server was struggling a bit.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem including the could not connect to the database. Then it started working again right now but slowly. It will resolve obviously in time. I'm just wondering what is wrong with the server. Any updates on what is being performed on the
server would be great. Otherwise this free service has been flawless! Thank You. -
@Tibgler
Hi, there is https://vivaldistatus.com it shows if all is working but not slow or fast.Cheers, mib
-
Thank you will bookmark that page right now.
@Gwen-Dragon ,
I see so temporary capacity issues. -
I get this message DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! when trying to connect to my vivaldi webmail. Can something be done about this problem, it is so recurrent?
-
I have to wait a lot of time and then i get an error:
Happens to my two accounts.

Same here. See my "post" a few lines below yours.
-
@jane-n I'm having this problem right now. My iOS mail client also just loads continuously. In the US.
-
@sweetman Such things happen from time to time. You get what you pay for. If 100% uptime is important to your business you should upgrade to a paid-for account.
I see a 504 Gateway Time-out at the moment, but webmail usually works just fine. I spend a lot of time online, and my Vivaldi built-in email client is adequate for my needs.
