@delerued If the main contact page isn't working for you, you could try messaging one of the community managers
Click on one of their profiles, click the three dots, then click "continue chat".
Note that they will only respond to you when they get some free time during working hours, and the main contact form is best

The same thing happened to my blog today (mimismum . vivaldi.net). I was trying to import from wordpress export file and failed multiple times before trying to publish just one last, when the message popped up telling me my blog is marked as spam.
I filled the please-explain-your-actions dialogue and submitted it. The admin (WP admin?) is supposed to be reviewing the blog status now. Posting here in a hope to speed the process up. Thanks your help in advance.
Cheers,
MM (Mimi's Mum)PS
Good to be back after almost 5 years hiatusEdited - 14-July: removed the wrong (mailto) link -

And my blog also released from the custody. Yay!
Thank you again for your help, Gwen.
And thank you also to Jane the user support manager, for acting on my support request so quickly. Much appreciated.Cheers,
A very grateful MM, signing off. -
The exact same thing happened to me today too! I had just finished some edits and published my first blog post, and I got the message that my blog had been marked as spam. It allowed me to send a message, which I did, and now when I go to my blog I get this message:
"Sorry, but this blog has been marked as spam as defined in our Terms of Service.
The admin has already been contacted to review."
-
I just have to laugh. The same thing happened again, this time to my secondary account (MM0) I have just created to start a secondary blog. I guess I have to file another support request to free this one, too.
FYI below is what I (as MM0) submitted in the Explain-Your-Actions dialogue:
All I did was published About page and one more post as "private", then changed the status of About page to public. No violation of ToS has been committed. Will file support request at vivaldi.
Edit = addendum
