Add a Ad blocking DNS

Please add native AdGuard DNS (like these: cloudflare, quad9, google, cleanbrowsing)

Adguard DNS over HTTPS addresses:

For "Default" servers:
https://dns.adguard.com/dns-query

For "Family protection" servers:
https://dns-family.adguard.com/dns-query

For "Non-filtering":
https://dns-unfiltered.adguard.com/dns-query

If I manually add this: https://dns.adguard.com/dns-query the browser is forget after close and reopen the android app.

Not sure whether would be same or enough, but if you are on Android 9 or above, you could add dns.adguard.com to the Private DNS Settings.

You would need QuickShortCutMaker if hidden.
Device Manufacturer would have blocked the access.
