Disable in app browser mode

When opening a URL you first get this view
How can I disable this additional step? I want the actual browser to open not some kind of webview powered by the browser -
@chillZ Maybe Vivaldi is not your default browser because it seems to be the default webviewer of Android. Can you go to your phone settings > apps > click advanced in my case > default apps > browser app. There make sure that Vivaldi is set as the default.

@chillZ Whether links open in the app or default browser is up to the apps. Vivaldi, even as a default browser, can't control it.
Some apps like Slack, Facebook/Messenger, etc. give an option in their settings, where you can decide where links open, though. -
