Solved Vivaldi crash on startup, no crash log - Windows 10 N (2004)

I just updated windows to 2004 version. And when I start vivaldi it just crashes. No error no crash log anything. I uninstalled and installed different version like Vivaldi 3.1.1.1929.45 or 3.2.1964.3 same result. I open the browser it loads an then it closes. Crash folder totally empty. Other browsers work fine thanks in advance.

Do you have anything in: c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\ ?

Are you able to use Procmon to figure out what happens to the process when it launches?
