@cheekybuddha No problem here using the thin tab strips to select tabs within a stack.

A stack of 91 tabs is unusable. Split it into at least three stacks or separate windows. The window panel is best for managing tab stacks.

@Pesala It works if you using the thin tab strips to select tabs within a stack. If you hover your mouse over the group and click on the thumbnails, it doesn't work.

Maybe for you, but it's fine for me! :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_closed_eyes:
(except when you can't click on the thumbnails to switch!!! 😖

I have just re-read this after come sleep. We were misunderstanding each other! 😬

I don't have a tab stack of 91 tabs, just 91 tabs open in the browser.

I do sometimes have stacks of up to 20 tabs but that is rare and, yes, I re-organise them frequently. 👍

@Nekomajin I agree, they should give more information on this, and update the Sync help page.

Of course, you can still get the information from vivaldi://sync but it's not exactly made for regular users 😉

I notice that still only the default search engines are synced, this is something I'm really hoping will be improved in 3.1.

I found a bug, I think. When I want to save website (Ctrl+S) the default option is to save complete website (htm or html), but then there is mhtml extension added to the name of website and it is saved as mhtml.

@Nekomajin @Pathduck if you want a list of changes since prev snapshot, here you are:

                                      - [deprecation][off sync] address_bar.search.enabled (although documented as deprecated by 2019/12)
                                      - [new][no sync] address_bar.search.field_width

                                      - [new] address_bar.inline_search.enabled

...some M3-related stuff... (not written here)
                                      - [new][no sync] menu.display

                                      - [off sync] tabs.new_page.url (deprecated 2018/11)
                                      - [new][no sync] appearance.range_buttons
                                      - [new][no sync] webpages.reader.allow_vertical
                                      - [new][no sync] webpages.reader.controls
                                      - [new][no sync] webpages.reader.style
(again, these should be done normally, not like this)
                                        - fontFamily
                                        - fontSize
                                        - lineHeight
                                        - width
                                        - themeStyle
                                      - [off sync] webpages.spatial_navigation_method (deprecated 2020/2)

…so it’s not so much new being synced (only search settings)

I don’t know what the list at vivaldi://sync looks like, but you get an up-to-date list on every update, so I see no need to copy it elsewhere… :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye:

                                        Hi,

I've a problem since several snapshots (pre 3.0 and 3.0). When starting Vivaldi the window gets drawn a second time (approx 10 seconds after Vivaldi start). That's annoying and I can't fix it (deleted browser cache, delete all extension). Does anyone has an idea?

                                        Greetings
