How to get rid of PiP icon on every video

How do I get rid of that PiP icon on every video? I found no switch for it in the settings or on the experiments page.

It's a function I will never use, and the icon is quite irritating when I just want to watch something. Especially stuff like short "GIFs" (actually MP4s) on Twitter/Tweetdeck:

@Gwen-Dragon And probably the button shouldn't appear at all for previews/thumbs... let say 320x240?
