Which Audio Extensions to boost and limit volume

Hello. Brand new to Vivaldi. Love the customization options obviously, but wondering a bit about extensions. Primarily, I'm looking for audio add-ons; a simple volume booster and a limiter specifically.
I used both on Chrome without issue ('Volume Boost' and 'Audio Channel' specifically). I've heard though, that Vivaldi handles audio differently than Chrome (?), so that none of these extensions will function. I've tried several (dozens actually) and can't seem to find one that has any effect.
Was wondering if we could either confirm that audio is handled so differently that related extensions won't work, and/or whether anyone knows of any that would work? Again, just a volume boost and a limiter is all I'm lacking.

@luetage Hmm. Well thanks for the suggestion, but that's one I've tried. After install I restarted and this extension seems to have no effect. Changing slider from 0-600 does nothing to the volume (on YouTube, Netflix and HBO Go so far). Not at all sure why.

@Monari Maybe depends on the Vivaldi version you are using or the platform you are on. Didn't use to work, works since a couple of months.
