Enable mic/camera back again for given website

Hi!
I've encountered an issue.
I'm trying to make site with chat (with voice capabilities).
When I opened it, it asked me for consent to use my camera. I quickly refused without much thought.
I need to use microphone on that chat (obviously). When I click button which activates microphone, Vivaldi show icon with tooltip that camera has been disabled for this website. It seems that in my laptop mic and camera are somehow connected (or at least that's what Vivaldi thinks).
Vivaldi also shows two buttons - Ok and Change. Change button opens new tab with browser settings (vivaldi://settings/content/camera) but there are no entries, either in allow or block.
The problem is that I can't change that consent.

How can I change or at least reset these settings?

Try clicking on the icon in the URL field to open the site settings.

@vagrant326 Click the padlock icon in the address field (green). There should be dropdowns to enable/disable/block camera or microphone on a per site basis.

@Pesala @luetage I did as You said. No luck still but now it can be also problem in my code.
Chat window is in iframe with different href. Is that possible that this different address is still blocked?

It seems to be a bug that the mic/camera permissions are not used correctly by vivaldi.

I had the same problem with a plugin trying to change my volume and it asked for camera permissions which I declined and I had a hard to time get the permission unblocked...

So if you go to the "content settings" where you can allow the microfon/camera etc. usage you should find the blocked website at the right submenu (for example microphon usage) and NOT in the "camera" submenu which vivaldi claims it to be. In my case it was a plugin, so the blocked websites were in "Plugin-in-access with Sandbox".

I deleted them there, reloaded the site and then it finally worked
