Mouse Gestures Sensitivity Slider is stuck on 5 pixels. Mouse gestures don't work every time.
I can't reproduce (win7 32bit tho), my slider works and the value is kept upon vivaldi restart.

@dragonmastr I don't see it listed, and already saw a couple of crashes.
Yeah, confirmed. I just obtained a Vivaldi crash by opening and closing a dozen of posts at 9gag, too bad.

Whew !!! You shocked me with that Welcome page
I thought for a second I'd have to re-import bookmarks and settings from backups.
Looking good so far.

Thanks for 2.0. But… why? And when will the 1.16 be stable? (If this was asked, please ignore me. I really can't read 3 pages at once.)
-
@xyzzy: In fact it all started with the previous SS for macOS — 1.16.1279.3. It would be nice if it would be possible that Vivaldi overcomes this limitation.
-
@cqoicebordel This is referring to the bug where when vivaldi opens, the UI thinks it is in a normal window state, but the OS thinks it is in maximised state.
-
@zmeypc Okay, thanks. The Vivaldi team looking into this to see what can be done.
-
@lonm: Ah, yes, my bad.
-
Impressive!

If you have Vivaldi running on 2 monitors and you click on a link on http://popurls.com/ Vivaldi will change to a blank page on one of the monitors.
-
@floweringmind I'm unable to reproduce it here. Tested in Vivaldi 2.0.1295.3 (x64) running on two screens, in two separate (non-private) windows (no extensions). Win 10 ver. 1803, x64.
-
@floweringmind This sounds like a bug that I reported:
(VB-43059) Move Tab to Other Window Minimizes Remaining Tab
- Open two Vivaldi windows
- Open a start page and another tab in one window
- Move the tab to the other window
The start page is minimized.
-
@floweringmind I can't reproduce the error on my multi-monitor setup.
-
@luetage: Yeah, I like this setting. I do need to get used to it when using the 'click on active tab to go to last tab' setting, since the re-sizing moves things around.
-
@xyzzy: Yeah, I've had the browser crash too. I was loading a lot of tabs and then closed one. It didn't crash immediately, but locked up first. It seemed like the heavy loading of lots of tabs might have been the cause.

My slider works.
But I have noticed that mouse gestures do not always work properly still. I've noticed a few times that mouse gestures don't fire when I have a lot of tabs loading in the background.
Also, I notice occasionally, the first portion of a gesture doesn't register. For example, I have down as 'close tab' and left-down as 'scroll to bottom'. So when I try to scroll to bottom, the 'left' movement seems to be ignored, and the tab closes instead as if only the 'down' movement registered. This has been something I've noticed for a few months.

Why did you bump up the version to 2.0?
I feel that some good stuff is planned for the next Stable release. Stable Vivaldi Sync? Mail client? Mobile version (with code rewriting for both desktop and mobile I suppose)?
We Vivaldi users will surely have a lot of fun in the coming months and I thank you for that.

it happened again now to me, I had 2 tabs at all, one with YT and the other with vivaldi://downloads, then paused the YT video, new tab, reopened this forum from the speeddial, checked more posts, and closed it with mouse gesture. Vivaldi Crashed. So it's not even related to the number of tabs open.

My slider works.
Duh! I had the dialogue too small and was not dragging the slider.
Hehe, I was actually going to ask if that was the case. Because I did that the first time I tested it.
