every time i want to close with gesture mouse it crash vivaldi
It is old bug. Crash when closing tab, and sometimes Vivaldi restarts. Or crash when open new tab. Or crash when something else. Crashes occurs more frequently. You must be very cautious when make something critical in Vivaldi.
-
@erebus: It happened to me a couple of times, but not every time - sometimes it does absolutely nothing. In general, mouse gestures have an uncertainty, sometimes you have to repeat the same gesture again and again hoping that it's going to work - sometimes you get a different behavior than the expected one. I tried changing sensitivity, but nothing conclusive - maybe things get a little better with less sensitivity. One thing is for sure: mouse gestures are not what they used to be and I cannot find a pattern!

"[Regression] Crash on closing private window (VB-39613)"
Yes! Thank You very much for this one!Aaaaaand no more dead birds for me while searching with Goolge. Great!

Bugs
Not sure how long this has been an issue as don't remember trying it but,Open 2 tabs, tile them horizontally
Close one of the tabs, the selection border remains -bug 1
Reopen the closed tab, they are tiled vertically instead of horizontally (the tile icon still shows horizontal tile) -bug 2
-
Find in page doesn't always work. To reproduce:
- Make sure you have lazy loading enabled and multiple tabs open. Close and restart Vivaldi. Only the front tab will be loaded.
- Switch to a different tab, making sure it wasn't loaded yet. This tab is now loaded.
- Press Ctrl-F or use the menu to find in page. Nothing happens.
- Switch back to the original, already loaded, tab, and then back to the second tab. Now Ctrl-F works correctly.
Windows 7, 64 bit. In case it makes a difference: I have rather a lot of tabs open (50+, including about 20 in one tab stack).

As a dual monitor user on Windows 10, the unique tile-feature was what finally made made me take the plunge and use Vivaldi as my daily driver, uninstalling a crap load of desktop manager software in the process. Re-sizable tiles have been on the top of my wish list ever since. So thank you!
I hope the ability to right-click and open links from one tile in another (maybe named?) tile is next on the list for this killer feature
Keep up the great work! -
Still crashing when clicking notifications sadly.
-
@pesala
It should be disabled when native window is enabled, because the title bar has the same purpose. -
@t0yz
Try clicking them happily!Sorry, I had to...
-
@zerofk confirmed and reproducible with your steps also on my win7 32bit. Please file a bugreport.
