Could you please make it possible to use your own proxy configuration, independent of what is configured system wide? It could be good thing for windows people who have to use IE for internal poorly coded resources, and a better browser for internet.

Having F11 Fullscreen access a projection css file is a top feature for me. First thing I checked with Vivaldi.

So excited to see this project! I am an Opera user from the Opera 4.0 days. Still have my registration code.

Please make the browser start faster.
Currently it takes ~5 seconds to start up (right after closing it). And at this time cpu utilization spikes up to 100% (2-core cpu),
Even Firefox, loading tens of extensions, starts faster and with less strain

when starting, the cpu goes up 100%, then down again. though it's only 2 seconds for me (surface pro 1)

You can set tab bar to right or left. This problem then is gone, and it especially works on 16:9 screens.

Usability comparsion of the old opera and top browsers of today is here - http://habrahabr.ru/post/223065/ (unfortunately only in russian but that is top notch discussion for your developers)
If you release browser with all of the old tweaks - all old-opera fans (there is a lot of us) will change to your browser.

And Opera Dragonfly (as feature and as usability of feature) was way better then today TOP browser's features

I would like to be able to relocate the navigation buttons to the bottom of the browser, in the same way as it is possible to move the tabs to the bottom under Settings/Appearance. I m testing Vivaldi on a 7 inch windows 8 tablet, and it would be nice to have the navigation at the bottom.
