Disable Confirm Form Resubmission

It would really nice to have the old Opera behavior where a form using POST method upon refresh would just refresh instead of resubmitting the form. As a developer, sometimes, you just want to refresh the page because you are looking for some kind of mark up error and resubmitting the page will not allow you to see the error you are trying to trap.

For example, if the page is only rendering to a certain point, refreshing will still throw the error, and you will only be able to see the markup to the error, but not the actual markup creating the error using view source. Maybe this could be put as an option in a session, so that for that session, those tabs open would not have to resubmit forms on refresh.

or at least add option to allow auto confirm OK button after 3 seconds, for safety reason.
