Cannot use bookmarked temporary note pad at data:text/html

The following little "URL" creates a local web "page" where you can quickly jot down stuff:

data:text/html,%20<html%20contenteditable>

This "link" can be saved in Google Chrome as a bookmark and then opened from the bookmarks menu and the little cool and useful notepad can be used, but not in Vivaldi. Vivaldi just bookmarks it but when I want to bring it up it won't work. It would be nice if Vivaldi would also make this work.

Why don't you just write a proper html file with input area and just access this file from the browser?
