Add the ability to view webpages in text only form - this would be an invaluable developer feature to test how webpages work without media or formatting.

You can disable the loading of images in the lower right corner

And on many sites (sadly not all) you can activate the reader view in the upper right corner at the end of the url-bar. When activated there will be a little wheel for settings (as in the normal settings too)

I was kind of thinking more of a view that shows you a site kind of how it might look if you were using the command line - but in a GUI browser.

You can use Reader View on web pages that support it.
