I don't think it was ever available for Opera. I am using the latest version 12.18 and that still has no context menu for the bookmarks bar folders.

History sync keeps getting better.

@pesala: who said something about context menu? I refer to open the bookmarks folders automatically when mouse is move around and also the single middle click to open more than one tab without close the opened bookmark folder.
This is in Opera 49.

This is the context menu on bookmark folders.
What does ruario have to do with the development of Opera 49? Jon's Vivaldi team are developing a browser to replace Old Opera precisely because the Opera 15 incarnation onwards took a different path.
-
That's what I was waiting for!
-
@pesala: I know about the context menu of Opera Blink, but I don't said anything related to this. I only request a feature that is available on Opera Blink for some time ago and it was developed (if I remember well) by ruario.

Decrypt everything on the client - and no computational resources required. ...and unfortunately I'm only half-joking...

I'd be really nice if sync could be accomplished using cloud storage services like OneDrive, Dropbox, Amazon Cloud, ect.
-
@thermodust It's planned for the future.
-
Thank you for this! Sync! (Snoopy Dance)

"synchronization engine that is exposed by the Chromium source code"
