What distro do you use?
-
I currently use Debian Jessie Xfce on my desktop and Xubuntu on my laptops.
-
I am transfared Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 x64
-
New since yesterday Mageia4 x64 KDE
disappointed by Mageia4
revert back to PCLinuxOS64 KDE -
After many years using debian (aptosid) with fluxbox I now change to manjaro linux.
-
Using Suse for more than 10 years now
opensuse tumbleweed
-
Slackware, the only distro that is simple enough that I can tune it. In the others I just end up as a button-slave…
-
Kubuntu,it works pretty well for a noob like me.
-
I use Archlinux.
-
Linux Mint 16 with Cinnamon, but I want move to KDE soon.
Will use probably Netrunner OS or still great Mint ;). -
Arch… Tried many distributions Mandriva/Fedora/openSuse/Debian/*buntu, but after trying Arch i stayed with it and never turned back ;P
-
Currently using Mint 14 (Nadia) with Mate desktop. I've tried a lot of distros and I keep coming back to Mint because it does most things out of the box.
There are some excellent distros out there.

Vector-Linux, version 7.0 std.
So that somewhat throws me in the Slacky-crowd.It's been a few years since I've actually bothered tinkering with it actively and just went with "It works".

I prefer Slackware 14.0 x86 pae kernel. I like 32 bit because I don't have to bother with multi-library support, the pae kernel allows me to access > 4 gb ram, most software I use is written 32 bit. I like several distros. LinuxMint is good for me, Puppy Linux comes in handy for some things, Gentoo is a lot of fun although I do not like Gentoo /etc/portage/make.conf very much. I find it easier to install software directly from the command line, and set USE="" emerge –ask somepkg. OpenSuSE is another favorite, so is Debian. I use the *BSD's too and FreeBSD is my favorite of the *BSD's. I also install LinuxFromScratch frequently. LOL !! too much info ? To answer the original question ? I use Slackware

I'm currently not using it much, but Elementary OS is my distro of choice. Ubuntu (12.04) is 2nd. And Linux Mint is 3rd.

Hi all!
I am terribly in love with Debian and use it on my servers without major problems for years now. I used to have some kind of Ubuntu (mostly Lubuntu or Xubuntu) on my laptop, because it has some freaky deaky hardware components and Ubuntu used to have the best hardware support for a while (and I am a lazy bum sometimes  ). But I am more and more alienated by the path Mr. Shuttleworth and his colleagues have chosen for Ubuntu. At the moment I use Fedora on my laptop because I want to get more familiar with the whole RPM and YUM mumbo jumbo.
I am playing around with distros a lot actually. Having a look at distrowatch, downloading new distros to have a sneak peek… so I played along with some other distros like DSL or elementary OS.
Isn't it great to have that vast amount of choices?

Ubuntu with MATE and GLX-Dock, but because Compiz (rewrite) is a construction site ATM I use Kwin as Window Manager because I want/need the rotating desktop cube
-
I suppose I should update …as Mageia 4 came out 2 weeks ago I'm now on version 4.
-
Debian Wheezy. I've been using Debian's stable build for nearly seven years (occasionally move to Testing before it's released). Just love it for being rock solid and flexible. Before that I was using Ubuntu, and previous to that I was using Mandrake, with which I started my Linux journey in 2002.
-
I use Debian Wheezy, but everyone here must take a look on Linux Deepin 2013
http://www.linuxdeepin.comIt's the most beautiful Linux Distro of actuality
