@Pesala Nice feature. Could also be useful to have "AND" in addition to "OR".
Example: "Close Page & Switch to previous tab"
--> would close the current page and switch to the left tab. I used to do it with Opera 12 (through mouse gesture), and assigning the opposite one (close current and switch to right tab) to same gesture but in opposite direction. I liked this config! -
It would be nice to have a pseudo-fullscreen option for tiled tabs. That is to say, when you do something like putting a video into fullscreen, if it is tiled, it would only fill its tiled space instead of actually going fullscreen.
At the moment, there's a hackneyed way of doing this for some of the tiles, but it will give you a better idea of what I'm talking about. Open a few of videos on youtube and tile them. Put one fullscreen, and then the rest; then take the first one off fullscreen. The other videos will still fill their tiled space.

Usage 'heatmap' for bookmarks page.
Interesting. I'd not like to see the hierarchical bookmark structure replaced but a new heatmap panel for bookmarks would be very cool. I wonder it it would be useful? I think it would.

@CheVe11e_191 I really want diagonal moves. They are much easier for me to make (easier due to physical disability and less that perfect mouse control).
-
Ctrl-P and Ctrl-N to navigate up/down in quick commands. I'm so used to those

I would like to be able to tell Vivaldi in what order it should show entries in the address bar popup list. I do NOT want Search to be the first option. As a matter of fact, I'd like to remove "Search" from the list entirely. The first option should be "Typed", then "History" and only after this "Bookmarks" (because I already can access my Bookmarks quite easily, when I type there what I'm interested in is history & previously typed). Users should be able to specify in what order should the entries appear in that list.
-
CTRL + SHIFT + T (undo closed tab) should restore tab in previous location among tabs, not as first tab.
Settings window shouldn't be restored by CTRL + SHIFT + T unless it was opened in a tab (it wasn't, and yet when I press the shortcut it is restored as a tab).
Settings window should memorize its size & position :).
Amazing browser so far. Do you guys take donations?

vivaldi:config
These chromium flags just don't have any logical order in which they are shown and they miss a lot of options (enable / disable versions of TLS, change settings for network protocol usage, update servers or fonts, ...).
I guess that most of this is currently compiled with vivaldi, but it should be accessible via settings in my opinion. -
One more thing: after I click on something on a page, there's no indication of the browser starting to fetch the address anywhere. After the page starts loading, yes, there is a progress bar inside the address bar and on the tab. But I'd appreciate a "Loading" icon somewhere on the tab.
-
When pressing on the address bar, don't mark the whole address (just give me a cursor at the place I clicked)
// Wow, this actually already exists in the settings. No idea how I missed it.
-
Make menu bar responsive.
-
Possibility to re-arrange order of panels

@nfsmaniac Thank you!

In setup - Search - Search Engines.
Add a button to copy (duplicate) search engine. -
Private Tab, this is way better than Private Windows.
-
Multi Session Tabs, this is a feature that I think its essential these days to connect multiple accounts.

Better sniptool
I think the current sniptool/screenshot tool is pretty useless, I experienced better sniptools on UC Browser and Maxthon MX5, they can recognize squares and auto select on 1-click, also have basic paint tools like text and pencil but they dont have a quick upload tool like the software(not a browser) lightshot, but lightshot can't recognize squares. UC Browser's sniptool has a universal keybind, you can print when ever you want, can print a screen from games in fullscreen(windowed). I think you guys should use the strong aspects from these tools and create the best sniptool for the best browser.

I think you're exaggerating. It is very far from useless. You can already capture a selection.
One can assign keybindings to capture pages or areas to clipboard or file. Annotations are overkill for a tool built in to a browser. I use FastStone Capture for that, which has all the tools that most Windows users would need. Windows has it's own snip tool. Linux or Mac probably have similar solutions.

I agree! It needs functions, but this is far from useless! I use it a lot! In my case I use the shortcut ctrl + I, captured a region quickly!
