add settings tab to manage web notifications in vivaldi. haven't found any way to manage them and i have no idea how to remove them if i don't want them, i just know they work some how

Smart Browser & Extension Update Bandwidth Management
Please don't download update during busy traffic moment, or at least limit the download speed to keep other traffic alive. There should be an option to do the same for extension updates, because some extension like uBlock Origin are too aggressive when updating it's lists.

Tighter integration between Tab Stacks and Bookmarks
It would be great to be able to pin the Tab Stacks or convert them into the bookmarks folder.
Also - an option to scroll through the stacked tabs, if there are more than 40 in one stack. -
I do not know if it is possible, but it would be very nice to have this native function in Vivaldi, I installed this extension that is for Opera in Vivaldi (it had a similar one for Firefox), it can make you view a page of the link. iFrame - Link Viewer
