@Omar_Elrefaei I mean that if you install Vivaldi as "standalone", technically it won't be portable since various features of the browser are strictly dependent on the user's account on which the installation was initially created and thus they won't work on other computers (at least that's the case for Windows, I'm not sure how it works on Linux & MacOS).

@dLeon He didn't mention the main menu, so I assume that means all menus. Such feature was promised to come at some point, so I guess that should make everyone happy.

@Omar_Elrefaei Encrypted data like passwords for logins cannot be transferred. Bookmarks, settings, etc., can.

Reordering of Web Panels

Not exactly the same. Maybe your wish includes mine. My wish is more simple.
Hence the use of the word "basically" and not "exactly".
I was talking especially with the concept of blacklisting/whitelisting domains in mind. -
@Pesala Are extensions and extension settings transfered as well?

In Developer Tools, add the Responsive Design Tool present in Chrome as "Toggle Device Toolbar" (activated by Ctrl + Shift +M).

Add "Image Properties" in Context Menu (like Opera 12)
with basic information (image type, size, dimensions...)
and EXIF information of the image (Date, Camera, Author, ISO, F number, Exposure time...)

A shortcut for switch the tab postion
e.g. i want to move the tab at position 7 to position 2 via a keyboard shortcut.
simply instead of dragging it with my mouse, dragging it via a shortcut (may STRG + page up/down) -
Sorting bookmarks inside folders differently.
e.g. i want to leave my bookmark folders in an individual order but need the bookmarks inside the folders sorted by name. may add an context menu for a folder to sort items inside it by name -
An option where you can choose to either see the actual title of opened tabs or when you saved them as bookmarks to see the title of the saved bookmark entry would be very helpful.

When i access bookmarks via the bookmark bar it would be helpful to see the full name of the saved bookmark when hovering over it via mouse or controls.
Actually it would be great at vivaldi://bookmarks/ too, because there is currently no way to see the full name of the saved bookmark except when you wanna change it. -
Change the size of the columns at the bookmarks page (title/adresse/...)

Kind of. Supposing hibernate/suspension are the same thing.
I'd like to have a whitelist/blacklist to always suspend on given domain (like extensions do) without using the context menus (All set by timer for hibernation, domain list and a hibernate/restore policy). I'll try also the way you said -

Use Windows menubar
The current Vivaldi menu bar does not react to mouse movements (e.g. switching from "file" to "tools" requieres clicks instead of just a repositioning of the cursor). Why not simply use the systems menu bar (when using system window mode at least)

Add "open plug-ins on request"
Especially helpful in Opera 12 for flash content (which thus can be activated selctively), but an extension HTML5 content would appreciated.As soon as available I also request an option to enable(-on-request) flash globally. Currently I cannot use vivaldi for e.g. full-tab youtube browsing, as links as this
