Feature requests for 1.7

@ROTFL Ah okay, I've to say that I thought this was already possible Especially for tab tiling this makes some kind of sense.
So one more upvote for this request ^^ -
@xdaimon It's already on the list.

Better handling for screenshots/capture
- just like the download folder a custom screenshot folder in the settings Ā¹
- readable screenshot file name, the current situation with UUID is unacceptable
- example: vivaldi-[translate]-%H-%M-%S.png/jpg
- for JPG quality settings
Ā¹ I hate when a program without asking me to create a folder

I need REFRESHING site for a seconds/minutes.

@zaibon When I click and drag one of the tab slivers in the tab group the others will slide to make room where ever I hover the mouse.

@MatneX
There is an awesome extension called Extensity, give it a try it will solve your problems. Maybe something similar should be baked in. -
Find and Replace:
I work in Wordpress, especially with visual composer which uses a lot of short codes.
It would be great if we could search and replace in the text or visual editor box. It would be a great time saver.As it is Ctrl F (find) will just highlight the text which is very basic. I suggest that it brings up by default a find/ find and replace box.

@Hadden89 This does not work for the bookmarks toolbar, though, where I am annoyed by this the most.
The behaviour is also not just inconsistent with OS guidelines, but also within Vivaldi itself, as submenus (such as the Vivaldi button menu, or subfolders in the bookmarks toolbar) behave differently. -
the start bage in vivaldi 1.7.35.39 dosen't work
-
Improved multi-monitor support.
Now, when I have 2 monitors and have Vivaldi running on the second monitor, Vivaldi will open new windows on the first monitor. It would make more sense to open the new window on the second monitor as well, or even more sensible to open it on the monitor the cursor is in.
iTerm2 has a dialog for this where you can select your preference on this as follows, maybe something similar would make sense for Vivaldi as well:

@dLeon Vertical tab bar is nice, but Tree-style tabs add a hierarchy, which is a very intuitive form of tab grouping. IMO best way to keep an overview over many tabs.
-
@zweindrei This is already on the list.

A dummy custom.css and/or user.css in profil directory with import url into common.css.
e.g. for custom.css:
@import "%appdata%\blah\custom.css";
@import "$HOME/.config/vivaldi[blah]/Default/custom.css";The custom.css is empty, but user can edit this without root.
user.css with extra custom folder like Opera 12?

@gaelle I am attempting to get completely off Firefox, and the one feature I find myself missing most is Live Bookmarks: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Basic-Browsing/Live-Bookmarks-Subscribe-to-a-web-page-for-news-and-updates/ta-p/478
I had my bookmarks toolbar loaded up with 'Live bookmark' RSS feeds that I could check quickly.

Since 1.7 Final has been released, maybe this thread should be locked, and wait for another thread for 1.8 to be opened.
