Middle clicking on a bookmark in the panel result in two copies to open.
Still waiting for Middle Click on a bookmark in the panel to open a new tab instead of open the bookmark in the current active tab, acting as if I had Left Clicked the bookmark. Especially when disabling the "Open Bookmarks in New Tab" setting (in Settings > Bookmarks), middle click should open a new tab while left click should open in the active tab.

I already told you the platform 2 comments above (W8.1 x64 with this dirty x32 standalone build)
And I do use extensions, though, I disabled all of them and restart browser with the same result.
It has started like 3-5 builds ago (I think it was the day when all of the bookmark issues had done)

Don't forget it. Just be patient for it. It is under intensive development, but the team is just two guys, and it's a really big job. I hear rumors that it should come to the browser with version 2.0, sometime near the end of the year. But there are no guarantees.

If I SINGLE-click with MMB on a bookmark in the panel, I get the current tab switching, PLUS I get anywhere from one to four more copies of the bookmark opening in the background. The spring on my MMB is pretty strong, so it's difficult to depress. It seems if I am able to push it for an extremely short duration, I get only a single background tab. But If my finger dwells in the "on-click" position for more than a tenth of a second, the background tabs proliferate. Some work yet to do on this one.

So it would seem you and others caught the same bug, so it's not isolated, but it's far from universal. One wonders if the devs will be able to replicate it. If not, they will not be able to fix it. The only solution for us plebeians will be a profile refresh in such a case.

Don't worry, they have coders who can work on both sides. And you already see some features that needed work in the Chr code, like bookmarks, for example. Yes, you see only the UI side, but there is also the core side, with access to the DB and disk write engines. And it's only an example. Each feature you see on the UI side need to be linked to the core.

So don't worry too much about that

I have two Wikipedia pages open and one has a heavier font weight than the other. Weird. Same domain - just different page.

Hard to say. It's unpredictable. ONCE, I got a new background tab and the tab I was on didn't change. Sometimes, I can hold the button indefinitely and only a single new tab will appear. If I slow-click it just right, though, I have gotten as many as seven new background tabs to appear.

One small thing I noticed in this latest snapshot (fresh standalone install with clean default profile under Windows 764bits) is that, both in the sidebar bookmarks and in the new tab bookmark browser, when you expand a folder the small arrow icon wont update to reflect the expanded or collapsed state automatically. One has to close and reopen the bookmark view to update.

Also VB-14756 and VB-17935 still present. Certain downloads like Vivaldi Logo under Media Viewer > Download This File > Download Original never prompt for download location; this one is long standing bug, please fix it.

For grins, I just tried it with a different mouse. This one ONLY makes a new tab plus changing the current tab to the bookmark destination (with single click) no matter how fast or slow I do it. So that means the other mouse is making intermittent contact with the middle button.

Just started with Vivaldi. Not sure if this is where to post this (I'll cross post on the forum). An issue for google translate and spanish dict (osx 10.10.5) is that the 'tilde' function on this browser adds the modified letter after, leaving the unmodified letter in place.. i.e. coming out EÉl not Él - Queé not Qué etc. - I went through all prefs to no avail.

Yeah. Noticed that since the last snapshot. The arrow stays pointed down, and the "open" folder icon shows, until you click on something (anything) else in the bookmark panel.

For now, yes… It's been mentioned that it might be released Q4 2016.

Personally I'm using Windows 10 Mail and it's "enough" but has a couple bugs and no Feed support.
