I know that feel. Tiled tabs and ordering them is a pain and magic. Even doing it with 2 tabs takes me 3 tries (like plug-in USB)
also sorting tabs within a stack by title/url is not important (to me) but ordering them manually is. -

Same problem with Win 10 x64 and Vivaldi X64.
Google Play Music works fine with Edge on my computer. -
I have like 10-15 opened tabs at the same time and after several minutes of work vivaldi just unloads some of those tabs, so when u choose one of them, it reloads it like it was'nt open before at all.
Win10x32, Vx32 -
Right now i'm switching between two opened tabs with 1-2 minute interval and V reloads the tab every time i choose it.

I've reported this as a bug VB-14376. After few days of pulling hair out of my head I've found, that changing setting in vivaldi://flags and setting 'Automatic tab discarding' to 'disabled' got it to work, like it should.

This problem still there: When i open New Window from existing window no problem but, when i close first window EXTENSIONS NOT WORKING anymore.

What I find slightly mystifying (apart from the fact that, as you point out, that option is not enabled by default) is that Vivaldi doesn't simply use 'mht' as the extension. As far as I have been able to ascertain with a little googling, my long-established 'knowledge' that mht is simply an abbreviation of mhtml is correct. But having two extra characters in a filename is a price well worth paying! It's interesting, too, that Vivaldi allows you to change the extension to mht but does not display other mht files when you hit Ctrl-S, even though there's one there - as Vivaldi recognizes when you try to overwrite an earlier file… -
Please of the option of taking the "+" of the speed dial, the square with +. For I Particularly prefer to leave only a background image! I want to take + the speed dial.
Por favor, tirar da a opção de tirar o quadrado com o + do speed dial, pois eu gosto de apenas deixar a imagem de fundo, fica bonito, só que o + do speed dial fica na parte de cima, queria que tivesse uma opção de esconder ele!

Favicons appear in bookmark bar only after restart Vivaldi on linux. Can anyone confirm this? I use Antergos distro (Arch-based) with kde plasma 5.

Quando fechar uma guia ir para guia do lado, e não para a anterior. Como todos os browsers, seria muito bom ver Vivaldi agir assim também!
When you close a tab to go to the next tab, and not for the last. Like all browsers, it would be nice to see Vivaldi do so too!

After installing this update it happened to me several times: after doing L mouse gesture to close the tab Vivaldi window just disappears, like the browser shuts down or something, but all the processes are still working in the background. Clicking several times on Vivaldi icon brings the window back after a while, together with a few empty ones. Strange.

This bug really sucks!
Example 1: I'm in facebook, reading down an "infinite scroll" page. I look at another tab and then go back to facebook, which re-loads, losing my place.
Example 2: I'm playing a flash game. Looks like I might win. I look at another tab, then go back to the game, which reloads, and all my play is wasted.
Example 3: I'm buying things, and I submit my basket. I switch to another tab to find some details to fill in to complete the purchase, and switch back to find a warning about form resubmission. WTF?I hope you get the idea. Please don't have a 1.0 release with this bug. Being able to disable the broken behaviour in a settings page isn't a fix.
