Question, does an extension like this one for Firefox exists for Chrome/Vivaldi ?
-
I consider this addon for Firefox extremely valuable for the way I (and probably a lot) use their browser, making use of the bookmarks sidebar, consisting of bookmarks sorted in different folders. The problem this addon resolves is, if you've got a bookmarks folder opened in the sidebar, and you then want to open another bookmark from a different folder in the sidebar, I pretty fast end up, searching for- and closing all other, no longer necessary open folders. This addon auto-closes all remaining open other sidebar bookmark folders when you open a new one. I really miss this feature when using Vivaldi, it's 1 of still very few things that makes me stickto Firefox for the time being. Anyone aware of some extension that does exactly what this addon does ? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autoclose-bookmarkhistory-fold/

Just double click on Open Folder to Close… no extension needed

Yes, that's what it is in all browsers, i was actually looking for an extension that would do this automatically, hence perhaps the "auto" in the add-on name.
