How to setup home button for Vivaldi "home site"?

I would like to have same website for home button and for new tab button but this "home site" from Vivaldi doesn't have any address and I don't know what to put in settings. I tried chrome://newtab but then I get home site from Chrome

Open settings (works with Alt + P), choose the option with the V symbol as shown below (the red arrow) and in the field pointed by green arrow enter the desired page (vivaldi.net):

If your Vivaldi version is 1.2, use chrome://dummystartpage . If your version is 1.3, use vivaldi://startpage .

I have set google to be my homepage. The question is which part of the sentence below you didn't understand.

Perhaps you are referring to the Speeddial Page (Start Page in Title) ?

That depends on which Version of Vivaldi you have
Under Tools / Settings / Startup enter the URL for Homepage as
V1.2 (and earlier) chrome://dummystartpage
V1.3 (snapshots) vivaldi://startpage

And then there is the reverse, where people want to click the "new tab" button and have it open in their home page.

That is set by entering the address of the user's home page under Settings/Tabs/New Tab Page.

And how to get 1.3?
I love to have everything update.

Second: now works that I wanted. Thank you very much.
I check every page from the "chrome://about"
I even tried with "chrome://newtab" but noting.
I didn't know that link "chrome://dummystartpage".
Can somebody give me page with all that special links in vivaldi?

1.2 is the stable, "public" release. The 1.3 releases, available here, https://vivaldi.net/ are pre-release versions for people who would like to test the latest things, knowing that it might not be as stable.

I'm using the new release of 1.3. This is what works for me:

Open Tools –>Settings --> Startup
Under Homepage enter vivaldi://startpage and save.

Clicking the home button brings me back to the speed dial page.
