Inverted text in sent messages

@DoctorG @S_Paternotte I was able to replicate on Linux.
The background/highlighting of the text disappears when a light theme is used. I used the built-in Dark theme to test.

@edwardp Yes, i see the mark only with the listed dark themes in Settings → Themes.

I'm afraid I need to revive this thread as I've come across this issue in the latest Vivaldi version (still or again).
- My Vivaldi is using the Standard Dark theme
- Thus I am writing email messages as white text against black background
- Moving around some lines leads to inverted colouring of the message sent

This is getting really tiresome now:
- Write an e-mail in Vivaldi Mail
- Do some redacting, rewriting, moving sentences about in order bring the message across as best as possible
- Then, just before sending, don't forget !
- Manually select the complete message
- Clear formatting
- Hit Send
If I were but a bit smart, I'd probably write a script that does the Select all and clear formatting automatically upon hitting the Send button just before actually sending out the message.
What is actually the point of having formatted e-mails if redacting your messages is causing undesired additional inverted formatting, which you need to remember clearing before just sending the message?

Hi, just check the change logs if Vivaldi gets an update,
VB-107600 is marked as confirmed but not assigned to a developer nor fixed.
We can only update the report for every version until a developer tackle it.
