Disable font anti-aliasing?

Hi, I've googled a lot for this topic and found some solution proposals for chrome, but most were for Windows, so maybe someone here can answer it: Is it possible to disable font anti-aliasing in Vivaldi on Linux? No external method seems to work (.Xresources, fontconfig, gtk-settings). The only css option I found is * { -webkit-font-smoothing: none!important; } but it has no effect either. cu, Frank
