Removing trash bin?
-
Hello. Been using Vivaldi for a few months, and it's a great browser! I've been meaning to remove the trash bin where it puts closed tabs in. Is there any way to turn it off?
-
No. It's necessary to recover any accidentally closed tabs.

I don't accidentally close any of my tabs. Maybe there's a way to tinker with the GUI to remove it?

Not in current Vivaldi - however, there may be patch from a user in
https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/all/3073-vivaldi-ui-customisationsNote: I haven't gone through the thread to check.

Useful, perhaps, but not necessary. Shortcuts and/or mouse gestures can be used to reopen the last closed tab. I assigned GestureDown, GestureUp to this and use it more than the Trash icon, which is useful if you want to reopen tabs closed some time ago. However, the browser history could also be used for that.

Also the blocked popups ends there. Not really a good idea to remove it
