Vivaldi trying to use confidential data form Chrome Safe Storage?

Vivaldi frequently shows me this popup: [img]http://i.imgur.com/avCmTgh.png[/img] What is it, and why is there no button "Always Deny" ?

It's an OS X keychain access dialog box, not one from Vivaldi itself. Have to ask Apple why they didn't decide to put in a "Deny Always" option.
That said, it would be nice if Vivaldi would stop trying to pull that data every time it is launched.
