Unable to open html5 virtual console of Dell iDRAC - fixed in 6.5.3206.39 Stable
-
I can confirm from my Win11 company notebook, bug is back again in snapshot 3160.38. Sadly.
-
Developer have had a look at it, apparently this is a slightly different issue, with same results.
Hopefully fixes will be coming to Snapshot soon, and maybe Stable.I updated my test case: https://pathduck.github.io/test/session-storage/

Happy to report that the bug is now fixed in the latest snapshot: 3189.3 .
-
@lyooth Yeah! Thanks for feedback.
-
@enc0re Can you please set thread title to Solved?
OR do you think we should wait until it is fixed in a Stable? -
As fix is not ported to stable yet (don't like it btw, wonder if we need to wait for new stable, which could take months...) I wouldn't mark it as solved.
-
@enc0re OK.
-
Yes, id not mark it as fixed until the stable release is out.
-
Sad to report that the latest stable release: 6.4.3160.47 still has this bug, the latest snapshot: 3201.4 works like a charm.
-
Unfortunately, fixing the new breakage (caused by other fixes in the same code) included changes that are not backportable to 6.4; would likely require repeating the whole fix process from scratch.
-
Thank you for the update and the explainer
-
Just in an effort to keep you posted. RC1 works like a charm, very excited to get final release of 6.5
-
@lyooth You mean the 6.5.3206.36? Thanks for testing and feedback.
-
@DoctorG I tested both.
-
Happy to report that after updating to 6.5 which just released to stable, the bug has been fixed. As far as I am concerned, @enc0re can mark the issue as fixed. Thank you all for helping squash this annoying bug. I will now happily, fully switch to Vivaldi as my main browser for work

-
@DoctorG Done.
Hopefuly it won't come back.
-
Not resolved. The last stable build not working.
