I cannot reproduce this issue in the idrac gui html5 console of Dell R330 or in the M620. In both cases html5 works fine in both an internal build of Vivaldi as well as stable.

Does you proxy needs a special authentication like NTLM or other?

Try in fresh test profile only with the proxy extension you needed.

What iDRAC version you have on R330?

We have iDRAC9 v6.00.xx, v6.10.xx. on R740xd2.

I try to ping a person who can test it.
I can not test iDRAC and i am not member of internal specialised support.

Glad that I am not the only one, I have the same issue with iDRAC 9(updated to the latest firmware a few days ago, latest version of Vivaldi as well). I have Cisco, Lenovo(xClarity and IMM) and IBM servers that I manage and they work fine, vmware console also works fine. Its specifically has to do with something DELL on iDRAC 9, because ironically, with iDRAC 8 it works without issue. It does however work flawlessly with firefox and edge.

Which extension do you use to connect as a proxy?

@DoctorG I tried with guest profiles, it does not work since the iDRAC console is a pop up window, which is blocked by default and I cant change any settings, since its a guest profile. So when I try with guest profile and I click on the console, it does nothing. I did try it incognito mode and the issue is the same.

@lyooth Hmm, this error means that WebSocket can not connect. Strange.

@DoctorG I do not use any extensions that would act as a proxy, only extensions are "Dark Reader" and "Adguard". I have a system wide VPN. The issue is specifically with iDRAC 9 on multiple servers that run the same iDRAC 9 major version, iDRAC 8 works which is also a wss and successfully connects to wss://(ip of idrac here):5900. It is bizarre, yes, I want to help get this issue solved

Yeah, exactly, iDRAC8 works fine. I was asked by email about more details with that bug by Vivaldi team few days ago. I provided more details them.

@enc0re @lyooth I tried to ask a dev to check it again and to analyse, no new information yet

I have no such deep knowledge how to analyse the network connection issue with websockets over VNC.

It is so disappointing to pro users that Edge and Firefox works, but Vivaldi fails.

Same issue here. This issue came with idrac firmware 6.10. I try to debug, but don't know how to find the problem. My guess is that ws doesn't get the parameters.

Updated to the latest iDRAC 9 firmware 6.X and latest vivaldi patch. Issue remains, latest firefox still works and vivaldi still does not. (just as an FYI)

@enc0re @detrich @lyooth Had you tested with a new test profile (no Vivaldi Blocker, no extensions, no settings; just close welcome page) and install only extension needed to operate iDRAC.
Perhaps it is a profile issue.

And can you give the correct iDRAC firmware version number? I want to update the bug report.
