Home screen search bar can't be moved or removed

When I tried to put a search widget on the home screen near the bottom, another search bar also appeared at the top of every home screen, partly overlaying the icons. This additional bar cannot be moved or removed and I seem to be stuck with it. Galaxy A54.

To add, uninstalling Vivaldi did not remove the rogue search bar, although it stopped working not surprisingly. Restarted phone, that removed it, thank goodness.
