Find –> Find + Replace

When browsers were new the Find feature to find text in a page was a no brainer, but now that we have complex forms in enterprise webapps I see a great need for Find + Replace - any text/word processor has this. How bout it guys? Find Find Next Fine and Replace I don't even need regular expressions.
