Little Rat - extension network monitor/blocker

I found this extension, it shows any outbound network calls from installed extensions, very useful for finding extensions that do more in the background that they claim or make requests to shady domains.

You get more features by installing the unpacked one from Github.

It doesn't have to run at all times, just enabled it when testing a new extension, it will start logging any outbound network requests.

As with anything like this, a basic understanding of how stuff works is required to understand what it does and not panic just because some extension is making a request. It can be perfectly legitimate requests to update blocklists or rulesets for instance.
