@janrif There might have been something like that while the feature was under development, but you would need to manually apply all the icons to your theme if that were the case.
Under the themes editor in
vivaldi://settings/themes/, you can change your theme to use the icon set from another of your installed themes on theIconstab. So you can download any theme with an icon pack and essentially treat it as the icons alone.
In regard to helping you find the icon pack you were using, maybe sorting the themes from oldest to newest would help? https://themes.vivaldi.net/browse?order=oldest&icons=1
Are you able to describe the icons somewhat? I am fairly familiar with most of the older sets people put out.
You also might have used one of the themes from the icon contest?
