Shocked by paltry RSS feed (no OPML export, no Android sync)

Vivaldi can hardly claim to be/feature an rss feed if it can't export that feed (principle #1 of data transparency and personal sovereignty). Meanwhile, It's somewhat unacceptable for such a valued feature to just be unavailable on mobile imo. I'm hugely disappointed that these issues have remained unaddressed for so many years
