Debug logs?

Hello Stupid question... Is there any possibility to make Vivaldi generating extra output data for debug puroses? I mean to help developers tracking problems - for example logs or any internal dumps or anyting... Sometimes reporting bugs is really complicated for people because problems are hard to prove / replicate... Maybe there are some magic command-line switches or anything?...

chrome_debug.log will be created in a user data folder

Are there any configurable debug levels or is it just "on / off" toggle?
