Add a bookmark to the smartphone home screen

I can't find a way in Vivaldi to add a bookmark to the smartphone home screen (possible in Chrome).
Am I missing something or does this way not exist in Vivaldi? -
On my installation I can find the button in the "V" menu (in the screenshot, "Installa app", Vivaldi Browser for Android 6.1.3035.258)

I think it shows up as Install app because, when you open the shortcut on the home screen, the website doesn't open in the browser but in a separate window, as an app would do. In other websites (e.g. apple dot com) the button becomes "Add to home screen" (in the screenshot, "Aggiungi a schermata Home").
