After closing Tab jump to last used Tab
-
Hello,
if I have 3 open Tabs and close the middle one, Vivaldi jumps always to the left/1st Tab. Is that possible that Vivaldi jumps to the last used Tab? In that case would be Tab no 3.
Thanks and regards,
Lukas

Yeah, this one is especially annoying with tab stacks, as it jumps into the last/rightmost tab in the stack that was to the left of whatever I just closed, and that's not usually the latest tab I had active in that stack, which is what I expect it to jump to.

Open Vivaldi browser.
Type vivaldi://settings/ in the address bar and press Enter.
In the Settings page, scroll down and click on "Tabs" in the left sidebar.
Under the "Tab Handling" section, find the option labeled "Activate Last Active Tab" and enable it by checking the box next to it.
Close the Settings page.
With this configuration, Vivaldi will now jump to the last used tab when you close a tab, instead of always going to the first tab.I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.

@TimSteve You really mean the Android Version of Vivaldi? If I type it I get "This site can't be reached" and it changing to chrome://settings/ (is also not working).
Maybe you mean the Windows Version. -
yes, I was talking about the Android version.

@TimSteve No, Android. See Screenshot. It changes to Chrome settings and you see the result.
