What do you use to sync tasks on Android?

I think the title sums it up. I've been searching ways to get my Vivaldi tasks to remind me on my phone, but i haven't found anything that works correctly. Or the date is wrong, or i don't get reminders... It's been a pain.
Google Tasks (with google task account on Vivaldi) gets the date wrong (if it syncs at all).
Tasks.org syncs but you need to sync it manually and it only notifies you when it syncs and not at the correct time.
JTX Board, syncs everything, but doesn't remind you...Is there a working solution?
If this works, i can actually ditch MS ToDo and even Joplin.Btw, there's no way to keep Vivaldi running in the background, even after closed, so we can get reminders for tasks, right?

@telmob I'm playing with jtx board these days and am quite impressed. I'm syncing it through davx5 to vivaldi webmail and reminders seem to work just fine for me (just tested it with an alarm for a task)
On the desktop you can't have Vivaldi just run in the background for alarms but... why close vivaldi in the first place
if you want to limit Vivaldi's resource consumption, you can hibernate all tabs and minimize it.
