Move Screen by 1 Week Featre Lost
-
EDIT:
@mib2berlin said in Move Screen by 1 Week Featre Lost:There is no setting to change Multiweek to jump weekly.
How do you get the calendar screen to move by 1 week instead of the 2 weeks?
I remember on a previous version long ago you could get 1 week at a time. Now you can't, and I can't find the setting for it.
This back and next arrow should go 1 week forward, not 2. -
@CatherineL What are your Vivaldi and OS versions?
I tested in the latest Stable and Snapshot versions, and it seems to work OK.
Are you viewing the calendar in the panel or in a tab?

@Pesala Here is more details on how to replicate the issue:
step 1. set up calendar like this
step 2. click this arrow with mouse
step3: nothing changes. the calendar should've shifted forward by 1 week. The 4PM 1 event should be hidden, but it is not.
(please like/upvote my posts as I need webmail, thanks)

@CatherineL It looks to me like you're viewing one month, so next / previous buttons jump by four weeks.
-
@Pesala How do I make it not jump by as much?
To scroll one week at a time? -
@CatherineL
Hi, it seems you are on Multiweek view, this is always the view of two weeks and jump two weeks.
Switch to week to get view and jump weekly. There is no setting to change Multiweek to jump weekly.
Cheers, mib

@CatherineL Hope a late late response is better than never. You can actually move the view one week using the keyboard. By default using
Page Up
andPage Down
keys ( and alsoJ
andK
is single key shortcuts are allowed ) will move the view. You can change the assigned keys in settings. Before the arrow buttons and keyboard used to have the same behaviour, but that has changed now.
