Can't unzip extensions

As you can see I can't unzip extension so I have to download every extension manually and unzip it by myself. It is a work environment. I don't have that issue on personal pcs. Any indication what might be wrong? Didn't have that issue in vivaldi 5

@jimger May be the zip is broken or extension is inorrectly built.
manifest.json needs to be in root of zip.//EDIT: now i enabled image and see you wanted to install from Chrome Web Store.

Then it's most likely caused by some local security policies forbidding you from installing extensions. You'll need to take this up with your IT people.
Check url:
vivaldi://policyif your work system has any local policies set up.Or it's some security software/antivirus running on your system preventing install of extensions.

How do you know the IT people have not changed something in the meantime, and this has nothing to do with the Vivaldi version?

Seems that chrome doesn't have any problem installed the extension. Seems more of vivaldi issue. How could I check if zip module is corrupted?

I mean the zip that will unzip the extension. It says it can't unzip it. I assume it is internally in vivaldi program data?

I install this on Vivaldi 6.0.2979.18 for a test, no problems:
Something on your system block Vivaldi from installing extensions.

Well I know that usually it installs correctly... I have it on other vivaldi installations. It just doesn't work on that and need to find the cause of the problem. It installs ok on Edge and Chrome...
